All OHF products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship, for one year from the date, of purchase. Defects occurring under normal use will be reviewed for repair or replacement.
Prior approval is required for any returned item. Product return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credit will be issued after returned items are received and inspected in undamaged condition.
Freight damage, from transportation, resulting in freight claims, are the responsibility of the customer. Furniture becomes property of the customer on delivery to the carrier. Any damage or shortage must be noted on the freight bill before signing. Immediately, after receipt, open carton and inspect for concealed carrier damages. If damage is found, contact the carrier company immediately to make the claim.
